Dr. Moammar Rifai earned his D.D.S from lebanese university, college of dentistry in 1993 . After that he received his Orthodontic Diploma D.U.O from University Victor Segalen Bordeaux ll France in 1997. Where he trained for 3 years at St Andre Hospital Orthodontic Department, where he acquired his skills in various orthodontic technique. Dr.Rifai aim is to deliver an exceptional smile to his patients utilizing straight wire appliances, self ligating appliances, orthopedic appliances, aligners. Dr.Rifai started his private practice in orthodontics in beirut in 1998, and in abu dhabi since 2000. And joined the team of “Dr Munir Silwadi Dental Center” since 2011 Dr.Rifai teached Orthodontics at Beirut Arab University B.A.U. He lectured at the International Congress of the Lebanese Dental Association. Dr.Rifai is a member of the Lebanese Dental Association,Lebanese Orthodontic society and French Orthodontic Society.
